Due to the nature of the product all sales are FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchange.
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGES:
ShipCheck is the Murillo Twins Fragrance premium package protection service. When you add ShipCheck to your order, you’re covered in the unfortunate event your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. If anything happens, simply email us at support@murillotwinsfragrance.com and we’ll take care of filing the claim for you.
Please note that refund or replacement requests for damaged orders must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be approved.
If ShipCheck was not added to your order, Murillo Twins Fragrance is unable to accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
